                                                                  Delivery

All NHS Prescriptions are delivered directly to your door for free ensuring that you get your medications with ease.

                                                                  Returns

From time to time you may end up with unwanted medicines. This might be because your medication has changed or you have not used as much of the medicine as was expected, or any other reason.

Under the NHS rules, you are not permitted to access our pharmacy in person to return these medicines and instead, you must contact us by phone or email and we will discuss with you the best process for returning your medicines to us. We may need to send you special packaging to use for returning your medicines and there are some things that we are not permitted to accept due to health and safety rules.

You can return unwanted medicines to any pharmacy and not just the pharmacy that you received them from.

If you need to find a pharmacy near you, access Google Maps now and simply type in “Pharmacy”.

You also agree that at the point of you placing orders for medication, we will automatically check your nomination status with NHS records and re-nominate you to our pharmacy if necessary. Delivery

Prescriptions must be approved by a prescriber before they can be dispensed and delivered to you. We deliver your medication by Royal Mail in discreet, unbranded packaging.  Most medication can be simply posted through your letterbox or a place of your choice. Refrigerated items are delivered in temperature controlled packaging, keeping the temperature of medication within the package regulated between 2°C and  8 °C.

Please allow 2 to 3 days for delivery. We are unable to change addresses once an order has been placed. We only deliver to UK addresses. Unfortunately, we are unable to send medication outside the UK. If you require an item urgently, we may be able to send it by Royal Mail Special Delivery, but there may be a small charge.
